Model # ML-HTS-B: MINIATURE, WATERPROOF, INTRINSICALLY SAFE LOGGER USED TO RECORD TEMPERATURES FROM -40°C TO 80°C

Telatemp's ML-HTS-B Micro Submersible Logger records over 32,000 time-and-date stamped temperature measurements from -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F) in hazardous locations. Submersible to 200 feet, this small (0.75" dia x 4.00") temperature logger is certified Intrinsically Safe for Class 1, Division 1, Groups ABCD and Non-Incendive for Class 1, Division 2, Groups ABCD hazardous outdoor (Type 4X, 6 P) locations.

PROGRAMMABLE. The easy-to-use Windows-based software (see details below) and a cable connection allow the user to set-up and custom configure the ML-HTS-B. The user may select the reading rate from intervals of every two seconds to every 24 hours, the start time and a unique user ID. Recorded information can be displayed in graph or table form, saved to disk or exported to a spreadsheet program.

The Micro Submersible Logger utilizes a low-power microprocessor to record data into a non-volatile, solid state memory providing maximum security. It operates on a 3.6-volt replaceable battery with a life span of approximately one year.

Model # ML-HTS-C: RUGGED, HIGH-TEMPERATURE RECORDER

The Telatemp Model #ML-HTS-C is a rugged, waterproof, battery powered, stand-alone, high-temperature recorder. This is an all-in-one, compact, portable, easy-to-use device that will measure and record up to 32,767 time and date stamped temperature measurements. The Telatemp Model #ML-HTS-C features a stainless steel body and a one-inch external probe that is ideal for use in harsh environments. The storage medium is non-volatile solid state memory, providing maximum data security even if the battery becomes discharged.

Micro Series Support Package

DATA ANALYSIS SOFTWARE FOR MICRO SERIES LOGGERS

The Telatemp MLSP Support Package includes everything you need to set up, start and download data from any number of data loggers in the Micro Series using a PC.
 
To get started, the user connects the Interface Cable to the logger and to the PC's serial port, inputs the device ID description and starts the data collection through the easy-to-use software. The software is compatible with Windows 95® or newer and configures itself appropriately.

After data collection, the logger connects via the Interface Cable to the PC to list and/or graph the data or, export the data as a text file or as a .CSV file for import into Microsoft Excel® and similar programs. Special features include "real time display" which allows the user's computer to emulate a strip chart recorder by connecting the logger to the PC and monitoring and recording simultaneously.
 
Also provided is statistical analysis for the whole data set or any "zoomed" subset of the data. Some of the statistics provided are minimum, maximum, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and mean kinetic temperature.
