Telatemp’s Micro Submersible ML-HTS-B-P Temperature Data Logger with 7” probe allows for measuring temperatures with precision.  The data logger body is rated for -40°C to +125°C with a probe resolution of 0.05°C and a probe range of -50°C to +400°C.  The ML-HTS-B-P is submersible and can be used during washing or spraying.  The food-grade 7” probe has a sharp point for easy insertion into a product.  This durable data logger will record up to 32,767 date and time stamped temperature readings at user-defined intervals from 1 reading every 2 seconds to once every 12 hours.  This instrument utilizes a low power microprocessor to record data into a non-volatile memory and operates on a replaceable lithium battery (included). 

Relevant applications include; HACCP programs, food preparation and processing, environmental studies, well monitoring, dishwasher testing, hostile environment monitoring, medical and pharmaceutical.

With the Telatemp Micro Series Software*, starting, stopping and downloading from the Micro Submersible ML-HTS-B-P is simple and easy.  Data can also be viewed in graphical, tabular, and summary form, displayed in °C, °F, K or °Rankine.  The software also supports pasteurization units (PU), Fo and MKT analyses.  The data can be saved to your PC as an electronic file and exported to Excel® for further calculations.

Complete user manual can be viewed onscreen or printed out from the software.
