The DT1100 Infrared Thermometer has been designed for enhanced temperature measurement stability by using state of the art MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) infrared sensors with advanced optics and low-voltage ASIC circuit design. With precise diode laser aiming and adjustable emissivity, the user can make repeatable, fast and accurate temperature readings.

 

The superior optics of the DT1100 will measure a 1" target at a distance of 11". The higher resolution optics let the unit measure surface temperatures from a greater distance or measure smaller objects from the same distance.

Provided with a mini-style socket in the handle to accept any K-type thermocouple probe, the DT1100 can take surface contact measurements to assist emissivity settings, can make comparisons to the ambient air temperature using an air probe, or any other thermocouple probe application. The DT1100 automatically displays the probe measurement on the large backlit LCD display when the probe is plugged into the socket.

 

This affordable IR thermometer can be used for food monitoring, to diagnose HVAC installations, automotive troubleshooting, and electrical panel examinations. With features like superior ambient compensation stability, adjustable emissivity, high and low alarms, and the ability to display AVERAGE, MIN, MAX or DIF (difference between maximum and minimum readings) temperature readings, the DT1100 surpasses standard entry level models.

K-type Thermocouple Probes

 

 

Precision Surface Probe
With this handheld surface probe, readings generally take less than 5 seconds! The sensor is made from flat-spring ribbons of thermocouple material and is popular in equipment servicing applications and the plastics and packaging industries. Maximum temperature 932ºF.

 

 

Plug-Mounted Air/ Gas Probe
Same as the handheld air/gas probe but without the handle and cable. The shaft is mounted directly to a miniature thermocouple connector for plugging directly into a meter. An optional detachable coiled or straight extension lead is also available. Max. temp. 482°F.

 

 

K-type Extension Cord, coiled
Extend the reach of your probe to 79 inches (2 meters) with this probe extension lead. Cable is coiled and works with type K probes and meters. Features a plug on one end and a socket on the other.
