Min/Max Probe Thermometer

WATER-RESISTANT PROBE THERMOMETER RECALLS MIN/MAX READINGS FROM 14°F TO 392°F

The Min/Max Probe Thermometer is an inexpensive solution for applications that require a water-resistant probe thermometer. The Min/Max Probe Thermometer provides the minimum, maximum and current temperature readings over a period of time. The stainless steel penetration probe (4") may be inserted into the substance to be measured and the temperature will instantly appear on the 3-1/2-digit LCD display.

Applications include laboratories, heating/ventilation, food processing, beverage testing, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, automotive and photographic processes.

While in continuous operation, the current temperature reading will always be displayed. When the MIN/MAX button is pushed once, the last maximum temperature measured will appear. When the button is pushed a second time, the last minimum temperature will be displayed. To erase the memory, simply press the CLEAR button after viewing both the minimum and maximum readings.

The lightweight (0.1 lb) Min/Max Thermometer provides temperature readings 14°F to 392°F (-10°C to 200°C) with an accuracy of ±1.8°F (±1.0°C). The thermometer runs on a long life LR-44 button cell battery (included). The small probe thermometer is 1.8" dia (4.8 cm) and the probe measures 4.3"L x 0.15" dia (10.9 cm L x 0.4 cm dia).
